REPORTING SYSTEMS ANALYST Duties will include, but are not limited to: - Prepare financial statements, to include income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, business segments and related exhibits in an external reporting format. - Calculate earnings per share. Analyze the dilutive effect of stock options, stock awards and other activity affecting the capitalization of the company. - Monitor equity reporting to include resolution of issues arising from acquisitions, divestitures and other changes in legal entity structure and internal ownership. - Maintain, in collaboration with the Corporate Law and Tax Departments, a data set of subsidiary and affiliate entities. - Annual report footnotes and other support as assigned. - Determine the quarterly entries for capitalized interest. - Fixed asset accounting for the corporate facility. - Assist with administration of the centralized fixed asset system. Experience: 5+ years accounting, financial reporting or analysis. 2+ years consolidations and equity accounting. CPA a must. Operational accounting in a manufacturing industry a plus. Skills: Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Specific knowledge of the MS Office suite of products. Ability to work under pressure and within inflexible time constraints. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting. |
