PURPOSE: This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and proper accountability of cost accounting records and for providing financial support to the organization. |
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required, and CPA license preferred. Accounting experience must be 3-5 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment. General accounting knowledge a must, at least 2 years cost accounting experience required. Some experience with Six Sigma/ Lean Processes preferred. Proficient in personal computer skills (Excel and Word), and experience in a MRP environment, such as SAP. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills. Fast and flexible; multi tasked, organized, works well under pressure. |

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY: Indicate budget/revenue responsibility. None. Errors are detected through reconciliations and margin analysis, impact may be loss of revenue recognition and/or margin degradation, as well as over/under statement of balance sheet reserves/inventory. |
