With regard to property acquisitions and divestitures, individual will perform duties with regard to 1) specific aspects of unique Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs), 2) execution of work plan to accomplish due diligence, transitional accounting and data conversion efforts, 3) closing statement preparation and/or review and recommendation of purchase price adjustments, 4) arrangement for and proper classification of outgoing or incoming funds, 5) in-house post transaction informative meetings, 6) drafting of pertinent accounting "letter of understanding" to assist with transition, 7) transition period and post-closing statement preparation and/or audit work - identification of exceptions, resolution of issues and cash recoveries, 8) archiving records and resolving all future issues, 9) providing overall recap of property acquisition / divestiture activity for financial reporting purposes.
