Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, performs complex accounting activities which may include maintaining general ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports. May provide functional advice and training to less experienced accountants. Handles special projects, as assigned.

·          Validate and post transactions processed in sub-ledgers/sub-systems into the general ledger

·          Input and post on-line financial entries

·          Perform automatic postings of on-line entries (JV Uploads)

·          Create and post automated accrual entries

·          Make adjusting journal entries for errors

·          Perform balance sheet account reconciliation

·          Review balance sheet account reconciliation

·          Analyze balance sheet accounts as required

·          Assist financial reporting to achieve 100% timely and accurate reporting

·          SAP Interface reconciliations for multiple legal entities

·          Support other  International Service Centers

·          Participate in monthly SAP GL close process

·          Maintain/Adhere to Service Level Agreements

·          Maintain/Adhere to policies

·          Other projects as assigned

Skill Requirements:

Possesses and applies broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures. Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent PC skills. Ability to handle multiple activities successfully. SAP prefered.
