Perform all aspects of internal audits on various areas of non-regulated business including E&P and Marketing & Trading activities;

Perform all aspects of external audits on E&P activities including JV, PHA and contract compliance. Aspects include audit exceptions, observations, work papers and management letters.  Providing solutions to management on process improvement for implementation

Will work closely with audit management team and lead other staff and/or contractors on internal and external audits.  Will ensure detailed compliance with SOX 404 controls and procedures and uphold standards of control /conduct with business units

Travel required; domestic and international; approx 30%

• Accounting degree with 8+ years in oil & gas industry and 5+ years of auditing experience required. 
• Candidate should demonstrate good leadership skills and motivated work ethic; ability to set objectives and determine priorities; should be inquisitive, results oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CPA and/or CIA a plus.
