  • Counseled employees as a dispute resolution expert, effectively guiding personnel on diversity, sexual harassment, disciplinary, hiring, training and work ethics issues.
  • Processed unemployment claims.  Researched employee’s work history, worked with outside agencies and represented management during Texas Workforce Commission unemployment hearings.
  • Investigated employee complaints of discrimination, sexual harassment and policy violations by providing detailed interpretation and application of federal, state and local statutes to ensure compliance.
  • Provided extensive support in the processing of performance appraisals, ensuring timely and complete records on behalf of the large workforce.
