  • Directed C&B, HRIS/Payroll operations for Due Diligence and Sales of 2 units (177 employees) and Acquisition of 1 company (93 employees), including Compensation Alignment, Benefit on-boarding, Work and Knowledge Transition and Reductions in Force.
