  • Takes lead role in loading sales data, responding to entity Controller regarding various issues, inter-company billing, and acts a liaison to Accenture regarding Castrol system.
  • Responsible for preparing and timely filing Sales and Use Tax Returns for assigned states on motor fuels and lubricants.
  • Responsible for processing tax payments and ensuring that returns and payments are processed and mailed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the reconciliations between company tax system software and general ledger in the corporate financial system and notify management of any account discrepancies.
  • Monitor new and proposed tax laws and provide management with a detail report on its affect on the company.
  • Performs maintenance of tax exemptions, licenses, and export documents within the department.
